central location luxurious bathrobe convenient pantry
The location was wonderful. I could easily access transportation. the luxurious bathrobe felt amazing, especially paired with the slippers. the pantry offered tea throughout the day, a lovely touch.

the location was excellent for transportation i found the staff to be friendly and helpful the food at the hotel bar was also quite good breakfast had a lot of choices
the room i was given was quite small even though i had booked several weeks in advance it felt cramped for two people the bathroom door was split in half to fit the space

superb location quiet room attentive staff fresh breakfast
The location is superb near the station. My room was surprisingly quiet, despite the central location. The staff was attentive and quick to assist with requests. I found breakfast selection adequate and fresh.
I noticed the television screen was smaller than I expected, although this did not affect my stay.

luggage storage excellent location lovely touch
The staff stored my luggage for a few days while i went to paris. this really helped, as the hotel is across the road from st pancras station. the location was unbeatable for my travel needs. the pantry offered coffee, tea, and cakes. A lovely touch.
The elevators seemed small for handling luggage. Maneuvering the corridor doors proved a bit awkward.

inconvenient absence strange door
The absence of a desk in the room was inconvenient. I needed a workspace. The shower door was divided into two, I thought that was strange. A full-size door would not open fully due to the bed. It felt cramped.

the hotel's location was excellent for my early train. the staff were helpful with my luggage and late checkout requests. i especially appreciated the room upgrade..
i noticed the pantry had only a few apples .

adequate stay near the station
convenient location helpful staff room readiness small room
the location was very convenient for catching a train. the staff was kind and they accommodated our request to store our bags when we arrived early. they also shared recommendations. the room included a fine view we enjoyed with espresso from the room.
i stayed for one night, and i asked for early check-in. i found out my room wasn't ready. i had to wait a couple of hours in the hotel lobby. the room was like an oversized closet and was an 'accessibility room'.
